For products run through the Group Buy format, we usually announce a lead time alongside the release of the board and provide updates via any vendors, as well as Discord or GeekHack posts.

For extras or in-stock products, orders should be shipped in around 6 days.

Custom products such as Module may require extra time for assembly.

We provide quality standards and guidelines for each product. If there is an issue with your product, please open a ticket. You may be asked to provide proof. Products must be in unused condition to be eligible for coverage.
